Dirt Dynamix LLC was founded in 2022 by Co-Owners, Josh Dupuis and Tanner Rollins. Josh and Tanner have been in the trades for several years and together have extensive knowledge in the industry. Throughout the years as brother-in-laws with similar ambitions, it has always been a goal of theirs to own a company together.

Josh has 5+ years of experience operating equipment. He has excavation experience working residentially on high-end house lots in the Lakes Sunapee Region. This has given him a wide range of knowledge at a top tier level. Tanner has 5+ years of experience operating equipment along with 6+ years as a pipe welder. He comes from a bloodline of some of the best operators in the industry which became a lifestyle for him at a very young age. He plans to carry-on this lifestyle with his son, Layn.

As business owners, Josh and Tanner strive for effective and efficient job management, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a lasting relationship with their customers. Their goal is to provide the best service, equipment and material in the industry.
